The Adventum Story

Children learn best when they are interested in the content that is being delivered and when their specific learning style is taken into account.

This is why creating individualized programs for each student is so important to developing strong foundations. These building blocks lead to a hunger for learning that stays for a lifetime.

“If a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn.”

Ignacio Estrada

It’s Time For Homeschool

With the uncertainty of Covid-19 and the well-known need for customized education, Adventum was born.

When considering homeschooling, it can be overwhelming for parents. That’s why we wanted to create a system that is easy to manage and takes in to account the student’s learning style.

Meet Miss Lisa

I am an educator and parent, striving to work toward a better system of education for children in Saskatchewan.

I have my bachelor of education, am Montessori trained and certified, and have several years of online teaching experience as both a teacher and vice principal.

Meet Miss Dawn

It is my belief that education should not be modelled on a one-size fits all philosophy. Learners, regardless of their age or ability, must have opportunities to have a say in their learning journey in order to become happy lifelong learners.

I am an educator with a bachelor of education degree and a postgraduate degree in the education of exceptional children. I have experience as a classroom teacher, resource room teacher, and have worked in a centre-based program for youth.

I am a parent to three wonderful children that have all spent time at home with me as home-based learners.

“Free the child’s potential, and you will transform him into the world.”
